I currently support the editorial workflow of a scholarly journal in the health sciences, coordinating manuscripts from submission through acceptance. Working closely with authors, peer reviewers, and the editorial team, I manage technical manuscript checks, provide proofreading support at the acceptance stage, and help develop policies that serve all stakeholders in the publishing process. This role has deepened my understanding of rigorous editorial standards, collaborative peer review systems, and the importance of clear communication in technical and research contexts.
